I've got a couple of questions on fore shots #1-So you pull the fore shots up front on a stripping run - OK got that- when I do a spirit run do I again pull fore shots? Is there any left from the stripping? I suppose it would be better to pull them both times just to be sure #2 - Do you pull fore shots before you use the parrot? or pull x amount through the parrot?  Thanks

You will only need to catch the fore shots on the first run, there won't be any left after that. I suggest you collect them in a jar before you use the parrot, that way you can take them out without loosing any of the good stuff.
Collect at least 100ml of fore shots, about 1/4 of a pint jar, from a 5 to 6 gallon wash.

if you take 100 ml on the first run then 100 ml on 2nd run does it matter because the 2nd 100ml will still be at worst case in the 'HEADS' so no big loss to me. I don't mind erroring on the safe side......that's just me
