Yesterday, I saw two threads I had posted disappear in this particular category. Am I posting something taboo? I do not want to annoy folks, but when it disappeared twice, and I didnt see a ""Don't do that"" from the moderators, it left me wondering.

I posted a thread asking about a ""read me first"" kind of sticky thread that leads newcomers like myself to good starting points in the research. I listed a few suggestion links, mostly ones I found here in various posts...So I thought it'd be ok... I'll not post it again, as I do not want to be a bother or break any rules. I certainly am not trying to be a trouble maker.
