Hi I am new to board and need help with cutting my product. With distilled water what ratio do i use 3-1 ?

shiner, here is a link to a page that should help u with figuring out ur answer. it depends on three factors: the desired %, the base %, and the amount desired in the end. here, use this: http://www.brewhaus.com/Calculators_s/46.htm it's the fourth one down the page.
