"Hello all, I.mainly do tpw (tomatoe paste wash) for my nuetral spirits but have been trying different things and do this one now, just seems smoother.
250ml liquid veg stock
4.5kg white sugar
80g bakers yeast
this is for a 25L wash
Squeeze of lemon or citric acid of you want to, I used to but don't bother any more.lol. Usually starts around 1070~1080 sg and finishes at about 990, 980 on a good day. stripped with a pot and stilled twice makes a very nice nuetral."
