I was wondering how often my airlock should be bubbling and if i have added enough yeast

Well as for the air lock bubbling............ it depends, depends on how fast the yeast are working, which in turn depends on several factors. The bubbles are carbon dioxide which are the second by product of aerobic fermentation, the first being ethanol.
