I'm countryboy, from southwestern NY but am in the process of relocating to southern Ohio. I am really new to the distilling scene but am very intrigued and find everything about making pure spirits exciting. I've been making my own wine for quite some time and am ready to take the next step and jump up into the 'likker' world. I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions and be searching this forum a lot. It seems to be an awesome source of information. Good luck to everybody!
