Fruit to old to put on a shelf but still good.
2 gallons of strawberries 1 gallon of mixed red and green grapes .5 gallon of watermelon .5 gallon of pineapple These measurements are a rough estimate after blending
I split the 4 gallons into 2-5gal buckets.
I then warmed up 1.5 gallons of water and added 20 cups of sugar just until dissolved. I added it to one bucket.
I repeated this step again and added it to the other bucket. I then added about .5 gallon of cool tap water.
Tomorrow I will add 5 pkgs. of fleischmann yeast to each bucket and air lock it.
Should be interesting to see what happens.
I will keep us posted. lol

"That should work --thats where brandy comes from, make sure you areate your wash and if you have nutrients USE EM...
Ferment on the cool side cause fruit washes seem to have lots of heads if fermented too warm...now you ask whats too warm?? Well IMHO 75 is plenty warm but around 68 is pretty good, but of course it slows down the ending time but so what, I'd rather have good hooch in 3 wks than blah hooch in 1 wk.
If ya got some beanno and lemon or lime juice ( add just a squirt of either ) that would suffice as your enzymes addition. And a multi-vitamin for healthy yeast, yep thats right yeast like to be healthy too."
