"I have a 5 gallon wash of 6.6lbs of Briess LME with 10 lbs of sugar and 3 beano tabs going now for 5 days. The bubbling has stopped, and as of today it has a SG of 1.025. Should I just go ahead and run it, or should I see if after the weekend it goes any lower?
