Decided to take plunge and brew... Have been wanting to for 20 years but I am going to make my own. Been a strong desire to do this before my life expires and shame I procrastinated this long. Thanks in advance for answers.I have read through so much and watched so many videos that I am confused on what to use what not to use , what to heat , what not to heat........ I am here to learn the old way if possible, just not looking to change what worked for 100 years.I would like to start out with plain ole corn shine, the Sutton/Hendrix way.Maybe later I will venture onto the use of cornmeal/yeast/enzyme mix/fruit....but first wanted to learn the old way.
