"I have been a home brewer for about 20 years. I decided that I wanted to take the next step and bought a 3 gallon still from Mile High Distilling. At one point (while waiting for my delivery) I asked them a question about my contact information. I asked them if they had to turn in customer information to the feds. I never got a response. TODAY... I read that the feds are collecting customer information from domestic distilling equipment manufacturers. Do I have some need for concern? Should I have made a still myself? What have I gotten myself into?

I don't think you have much to worry about. A 3gal still is like doing 56 in a 55. They won't look twice imho
