There are some controls we can effect ourselves to make it harder to see info about ourselves to the outside, unregistered world.  The forums are public, but the software also provides a way for you to control who see's what about u from your user profile. I offer the profile privacy screen - You can choose who see's what about your profile, or what displays in posts - Like location, or about me information. This can at least be used to hide that information from internet spiders, allowing registered users to see things, or, optionally only your friends, or even no one. To get to this screen - Click on S ettings on the top navbar (nxt to logout button) / Then / click on Profile Privacy on the left side navbar about halfway down. [ATTACH=CONFIG]865[/ATTACH] P.
