Hello all am trying to learn abit about the art . I have a very small alembic pot but it looks like it should work even though may have to make cuts by the thimble full.

I just ran 2 gallons of some old red wine that wasn't fit to drink to break in the still. I have a nice mollassas wash just finnishing up that I try my 1st real run with in a few days . Would post pic but am logging to the net with my sons xbox at the moment storm fried my computer. I am thinking I need something a little bigger than this desk top toy still 1/2 gallon pot works ya to death lol.
