Been heating up some cm mash and ready to let it start bubbling. Just thought I'd say hi from somewhere near that stainless steel arch here in St. Louis MO. Only seems right that I use my SS collection to make something that is better than what the local beer makers put out. It's a good thing I don't drink beer cause I like the clear liker that has made the Ozarks here famous. Don't be scared and try something new w/ your setup. But also keep making the tried and true recipes. I have found that a water softener isn't too good for shine making. Be proud and share.
