"While I was setting up to make a run this morning I found that the O-ring on my fryer hookup had split and was on the ground beside the stand. Now it's not the end of the world but dammit I wish I would have seen it sooner.Cursing I would have went to the store and gotten one but of course the still was loaded and ready for heatup. Oh well no worries I'll just use the internal element.....well almost 2 hours later I'm still waiting on production hmmmmmm, what to do????

Thanks. It's nice to see others screw up from time to time. I don't feel so alone then.

Lol, propane torch has come in handy for me too. Used a hot plate once which got the temp just a bit short of where it needed to be. Added the propane torch to the equation and saved the evening. :)
