"Hi Alli, Mead is on my bucket list as well. I've just been too busy with my apple wine lately since the holidays are almost upon us. The following docs provide useful guidence with respect to ""style"" and ""process"" but don't offer any specific recipes. However, the gravity specs in the style guidelines are probably all you need in terms of ingredients. The second doc has some details about carrying out the fermentation.
