i received my condensing unit in april of this year, i have waited very patiently for 7 months now hoping for a solution to the problem...i have heard numerous excuses as to why the product is not ready for the market...anywhere from the wrong people have done the testing to training new employees...enough is a enough...its time to poop or get off the pot !!!

As I had mentioned before, a new system has been in the works, but that we would gladly refund you for the kit that you purchased. In addition to refunding you, we will supply you with the new kit at no charge when it is ready ,which should be shortly, to make up for your inconvenience.

However, as was mentioned on the forum before, with this being a product concern I think that we should handle this off-list so as to not bother everyone else with it. I simply wanted to respond here so that it did not appear that we were ignoring you.
