New poster, experienced distiller

Hello all. I've been distilling for about 9 years. I'm located in New England (USA). I'm trying to diversify my information sources to maximize my learning in this hobby. I joined the forum last year, but haven't posted until today. I have 2 potstills (2" & 3"), a 4" 4-plate (perf) flute, a 3" boka, and I'm building a 3" offset crossflow Thor's hammer VM/LM hybrid. I normally use a 26 gallon boiler powered by a 5500w element with phase angle controller. My two current favorite spirits to make are my AG wheated bourbon and my Maple Brandy. I'm a huge fan of barrel aging. Happy to answer any questions, and please let me know if I'm out of line with equipment size or anything else. I've been conditioned to refrain from mentioning specific companies' products by other forums. I'm not certain of you policy regarding mentioning other companies, but I promise to read all the rules after I make this post.
