just finished some stripping runs and have enough feints to charge my 5 gal still.im unclear if i need to dilute down to 50 proof or 50 %abv to do a spirit run?i should know this by now,  just unsure.help mister wizard!!!

What's up Cabo? I usually cut my stripping runs to 40% (not proof) to do my spirit runs. It does not have to be exact obviously just in that vicinity. That is just the figure I use. Others may vary.
