I am just learning how to still but I have well over 400 gallons of quality brew under my belt so this I can actually provide somewhat valid input on; to make good beer don't be afraid to let it sit awhile to condition, based on the color of your wort I would let it stay in the carboy for at least 4 weeks before bottling, if kegging I usually wait until closer to 6 weeks. For darker beers I haven't found the flavor to be any better racking it from the primary to a secondary after initial fermentation slows so just let it sit in a dark, temperature stable environment and then carb it up!

15 days to a month. Cold crashing it would help things settle out too. If you dont have a chest freezer you could just put that carboy in a container and fill the container with ice water for a few days. Looks like you keg? Put the carboy in your kegerator and cold crash it there.
