Hello, joined forum several months back, have been watching over a year, A lot of good info here. I got introduced many years ago to the process. Got away from it, now gotten interested again on hobby level only. I feel I can make better than I can buy. Don't dabble much in the drinking, just intrigued in the process. Hello to all
