Hi all. As I posted some where a while back I found out my daughter in-law was a whisky girl and pregnant. (not at the same time). So I decided to make a bourbon wash (thanks NCHooch) and distill on the day of my first grandchilds birth. Well today is the day. Collecting fores as I type. I'm going to age in a 2 ltr oak bbl and give it to them for when she is 21. I won't be around then but it should be pretty tasty stuff by then if they can leave it alone.
