Purchased an 8 gallon dual purpose still. Assembled the still last weekend and started a mash about 6 days ago. Found the easiest recipe I could possible I think. The still looks great although there are a ton of tubes coming out of it. My dream is to eventually produce a high quality bourbon but the first attempt is a basic moonshine to make apple pie. Have patience with me. Glad to be here.
