Been stalking the forum for a little while now, reckoned it was time to join the party. Waiting on a tiny 1 gallon to be built just to get my feet wet, before upgrading. Been doing my homework, and can't wait to start. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions.

The one I'm waiting for is an all copper 1 gallon pot still. I was planning on upgrading to a 5 gal pot when the time was right by the same maker, but am now considering a psii for about the same cost. The practical side of me says psii, but the artist in me says copper pot...

You will not be disappointed in the PSII, get the 10 gal pot, that way you can run 2 25 liter buckets at once. You are not limited in what you can do with it, 2 piece reflux, 1 piece pot and different amounts of copper mesh to have a good time. good luck. scooter
