New guy here. So happy this forum is here.
So i have been running the PS for a year or so and decided to upgrade to the PSII HC.
I set everything up as per the guide.
I'm using a propane camp burner on a sanke keg with 3 large coolers for my water.
With the PS I would run at 170 and have to rotate coolers and add ice now and then.
Well my first run with the PSII HC starts and i get up to about 158 and it stays there until my water got warm, then it bumped to 167.
Here is the head scratcher....
the water in the cooler was over 100 degrees and my column temp never went over 167. the vapor was still condensing and there was no vapor in my collection unit.

If it ain't broke don't fix it?
Just can't wrap my head around it.
