I'll see if I can get their recipe for Rye Whiskey for you. Most distilleries are pretty forthcoming about their recipes because they keep their yeast strains propritary, and they don't think anyone will go home and try to make any.

I just got back from driving my wife to work. She won't drive in this weather. When I pulled back into my garage the thermometer read 8 degrees. However, I did get to see something this morning I haven't seen in a long time. The sun actually came out!
