My brewing operation is in a unheated out building and night temps were slowing me down
so I took an old home made chicken egg incubator that I built and used a couple of years ago and made it 7 inches wider put some slats 1x2 across floor about 3 inches apart for bottom air flow , Now I just set my 2/ 5 gallon bucket in it and turn it on set to 70 degrees and no more slow down,
