Hey Elricko,
Has anyone out there tried the alcobase extreme 23% turbo yeast by liquor quik.
Also, I decieded to go with the BEAST from Mike at Mile Hi, and he recomended to use the 55 gallon ss boiler on its side. Just for info.

You went with the beast??? DANG! YOU DA MAN!!! ,says Elricko bowing deeply, Man you are set to do anything you want with that monster. I've talked with Mike a lot, if he says go on the side than that's the way to go. He really knows his stuff.
No I haven't tried the new 23% stuff nor do I know anyone around here who has. I think really it's because it cost like twice as much as turbo48 and you can get up to 20% with that. Of course if I were doing 40 or 50 gallon batches like those who own The Beast I might be tempted.
