Hi y'all,
I'm new from SE Texas. Been brewing beer for about 15 years (all grain). New show on Animal Planet channel called Alaska Proof got me interested in distilling. Doing research now. Just realized that I have most of the equipment needed with some modification. Looking forward to great posts on this forum.
