Hi all im from Corpus Christi Texas. Very new to the game so I have been surfing all over this Forum. Whole lot of good info. With that being said I hope not to hound you all with to many stupid questions. Bought me a 15 Gal. Reflux and looking for some simple and tasty recipes and move on from there.

Welcome, I'm up the road a few hours from you in NE Texas... Start with a sugar wash for practice unless you are already versed with beers and understand all about fermenting. The distilling part is fairly easy to get a grip on, it's the fermenting that's like catchin' a wild bronc, or snarin' a boar with only a lasso
