Hey All,
My gin buddy told me of a gin he had a while back that had gold color to it and tasted decidedly of mezquite. Anyone hear of anything like that? I've never heard of mezquite barrels, so I'm going to find some mezquite chips and try it out that way. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
