I am new to the hobby, so trying to absorb some knowledge... the kit I will be using consists of a Stillwerks CO column hybrid - the Gadsden model- with an 8 gallon Brewhaus kettle... (not the pony keg link below) CO Stillwerks Gadsden I am thinking of using propane, but am reading up on the pros/cons also reading up on some recipes...
