this is my first mash been doing a lot of research, my mash is at day 11 and i was stirring my mash and i found a battery in it dont know how it got there wasnt there when i added the yeast but its there. will it make my mash no good !!!!!!! it wasnt busted or leaking, but not sure how long it was in there, was going to use it for making vape oils, should i throw it away and start from fresh or can i still use it because the battery wasnt busted or leaking at all. dont know and cant find any info about it. i sure hope i dont have to start from fresh that would really be the pits. any info would be awesome.

I wouldn't chance my health, I know it sucks but there's nasty chemicals and heavy metals in batteries that would be very bad if ingested. I would write it up as a loss and a learning experience, start over and be more careful next time.
