How long do yall normally let your spirits sit to air out after distilling? Is 8 hrs long enough or are we thinking 24 hrs??? Trying not to use the activated carbon route.

I personally don’t air out at all. I proof out and start my aging but that’s just me.

For me personally, I air everything out for 24 hrs
