HI,
Does anyone have a good recipe that uses corn meal? I want to make a 12 gallon batch with a og. of 1.115 to 1.117. My recipe calls for 35lbs sugar. I want to no how much sugar to delete and how much corn meal to add. Any help would be nice.

Hi, John, I made 10 gals of whiskey mash using corn meal, and i used 20.lbs of corn meal, and a 2lb. of barley malt, 25-50 drops of beano. I just added sugar until the % was about 8, to 8.5.. You can add more to get better yeilds.
