Hello Rick and members, With the high capacity unit, I am now very comfortable doing the sugar mashes and have plenty stored up for the new essences I just got. Now I would like to try my hand at some fruit, brandies and schnapps, and some grain high alchohal mashes. I have 6 fermentaters to experiment with, and 3 in one enzymes, pot distilllers turbo yeast, whisky yeast with ag., but can't find recipes especially for these. And I am thinking of useing flaked grains for simplicity, and I would assume added sugar to attain the high alc. % I would appreceate so much if anyone has recipes that use these newer types that they have had success with, and enjoyed the final product, or links to existing ones. I would like to benifit from others mistakes and successes, and how exactly to use the above. What a wonderful site and hobby. Its enjoyable from startup to the last drop, although I don't ever intend to reach that point.
