Sloe gin, as the definition i found says: 'A sweet, red, blackthorn plum or sloe plum flavored liqueur with a gin base.' Does anyone know which essence is close to this? i scoured the brewhaus essence pages and didnt find one i thought would be similar. maybe it is called something other than something relating to sloe ,maybe plum?, but i couldnt find anything like that either. If anyone knows which essence is best or most closely suited to making sloe gin, i would much appreciate the help. Thanks!!
