The recipe in <u>Making Gin and Vodka</u> is a good one, but fairly basic compared to the number of touted ingredients in commercial gins. Now, I'm not saying I want to duplicate commercial gin, necessarily, but a more robust recipe with a more complicated flavor profile would be nice.
Anyone care to share?
