working on the grape shine with concentrates. i used grape conentrate,sugar and some 48 turbo. i notice when i stur it up it gets very foammy is that normal.

appollo, Yes when you use grape concentrate and extra sugar the biproduct of that is alcohol and CO2. You need to make sure you release the CO2 and by stirring it that is what you did.

what i am doing now i stir it once a day in the evening and check it. if it still has a head on it monday should i skim it off before cooking it. thanks

Greek God ,man, I love that name,, What was your OG on this? You won't have to skim anything off if you siphon it out from the bottom.
