"O.K. I have a reflux still and have the operation pretty much down. Now on to building my first pot still. Not any real questions on the build as much as the operation. What kind of temperature should I be looking for during the run? In my reflux I run approx 80 degrees C. I guess mainly what I need to know is what is the basic operation of a pot still. Will be trying to make some wiskey and tequila.... maybe some rum also.
