i placed some fruit and wood chips in some 90 proof stuff this week how long should i let it sit in the stuff thanks.

"I would taste it every other day,to make sure i wouldnt over do it.
If need be,remove the wood chips and leave the fruit,or vice a versa.

i used apples qnd peaches and oak taste pretty good.
