"If I ferment a sugar water solution with Turbo 48 & plan to distill in 4 or 5 days but get screwed up and don't distill for a couple or 3 weeks will the mix still be ok?

Thanks john01, Actually you will get a very much better product. After fermenting is finished, rack off the lees and leave them behind. Add a pint of neutral if you have it, and optionally add some sparkaloid soution. Rack again in a week or so will help also. This will eliminate a lot of crap taste and smell. You will end up with a much better end product. Lucky you for the wait. John"
