"I was wanting to make a 13 gallon wash of (UJSM) but read somewhere (don't remember where though !) not to use double yeast on a batch. What is the preferred yeast for the ujsm ?
was going to use prestige whiskey yeast.
The reason for double batch is more less for convenience, I have a 14 gallon fermenter, along with some others, but a single 13 gallon wash is more simple to make. I can run 13 gallons with no problems too .I guess I'm asking if anyone has ran double batches with success ?
