"I am just finishing the fermentation - making wine from about 1200 lbs of grapes.

Does anybody have a recipe for making grappa from these skins? I have no clue how much Grappa I could make from the grape skins produced from 1200 lbs of grapes - not even sure I want to use it all.

I will be using one of the standard Brewhaus units so would like to make it in 6 gallon batches.

I posted a similiar question recently, I didn't see any responses to your post....................did you get any? My post was that I was trying to make grappa from wine using a reflux still but, I only seem to be getting 91% neutral spirits form it?"
