"Whats the best way to clarify a mash? I see several ways but don't know if anyone has experience.
Sparkaloid, gelatin, etc?"

Sparkaloid works great. You can put the wash in the fridge also. I haven't tried gelatin. I hope this helps.

Time.I know its hard to do when you first start,but the best thing to do is start quite a few ferments,and give them time to clear on there own.That way your not adding anything,and after a while,you will always have something cleared to run.
