"What is the simplest still I can build that uses an electric heating element and can do the following:

1. Consistently produce 180 proof ethanol
2. Work with an electric heating element (indoors)
3. Produce 10-15 gallons in one sitting (sunday afternoon for example)

Any and all info would be great! If you know approximate cost, anything... thanks!"

To produce 10-15 gallons you will have to have roughly 40-50 gallons of wash that has fermented out. The High Capacity Essential Extractor hooked up to a 55 gallon drum with the right connections and a large propane burner is probably your best bet. Electric will take waaaaaaay to long to get to temp etc.
