"i got a ee2 in march. i haven't done a lot of runs. this morning there wasn't enough pressure for the water to reach the top of the column input line. the condenser fed great. i tried rinsing it out. no help. the line is only 5 feet. any ideas?

thanks."

Get a larger pump or first try to put the pump and bucket or what ever you hold the water in a little higher up off the ground. it will reduce head pressure.

the barrel is next to the boiler. the pump is only 5 feet away(the tubing). the pump came with the ee2. it has worked fine until yesterday. thank you for the reply.

"first i am sorry about taking so long to reply. rick sent me a email sugesting that i elevate the hoses to get rid of the air. he said it is common. i had tried raising the hoses. it got the water a little higher. then i took a baster and used it on the output hoses and that worked fine.
