"Hello Brewers! :) I have a question for you and I hope that someone in here can help me. How much sugar and how much regular yeast sould I mix in 25 gallon water to get lets say about 20% alkohol? and how long time does it take reach the 20% I have read that 1 unit of sugar gives 7-8 units of pure alcohol, is that right? And the last question is what is the maximum percentage of alcohol you can get in the mash?
