Started my first run on my psII hc today.
Filter wash out of ferment bucket.
Put wash in the Still.
Started still up with 2.5Kw Propane Gas Burner.
Started 12 pm
4:30 pm only on 30 degrees not even up to 50 degree to start water cooling up.
My First Colum Slightly Hot but I Can put my hand on it for a few seconds" no heat in top column what so ever.
So I Turned The Gas Off! Would Of Took Too Long To Get To Heat and I Can"t See It Being Stable Anyway When Got To Desired Temperature.
I have worked out that this process can't be done in my garage to drafty "English weather""
QUESTION
Can I leave my wash in the still over night and start in the morning or shall i put back into fermenting bucket? Or Throw The Wash Away.
Also
On The First Colum Do I Leave Completely Empty?
I Have Put Copper Mesh In Second Colum as To Instructions But Nothing On First Colum Mentioned ?
