"1L vodka
1L ginger ale
1 1/2 large cans Pinnapple juice
1 Large jar Marachino cherries
Tom Collins mix
Stir 1st 3 together in a large container & put in the freezer. Every now & then take it out & restir. When the mix is 1/2 frozen add 1 large jar Marachino cherries, stir & put back in the freezer.
Fill a glass 3/4 full of the mix & top off with Tom Collins mix, stir & enjoy. Great by the pool."
