"Give this one a try--I was inspired by a recent trip to Atlanta. It's delicious!
Georgia On My Mind
2 oz. Gold Rum
1 1/2 oz. Hiram Walker Creme de Noyaux
4 oz. Fresh Peach Juice
3-5 blackberries
Muddle the fresh blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the Rum, Creme de Noyaux, and Peach Juice and stir well. Strain into a highlball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh Peach slice and a sprig of mint."
